Arugula, blue cheese, and cherry salad

Ingredients:
- 200 g of fresh arugula
- 150 g of pitted cherries, halved
- 100 g of crumbled blue cheese
- 50 g of chopped walnuts
- 1 green apple, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula, cherries, blue cheese, walnuts, and apple.
- In a small container, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well.
- Serve immediately.
