Our history
The Calvo Larrain family establishes their roots in Quinta de Tilcoco, with Andrés setting up the beginning of C&L Fruit’s agricultural legacy and land cultivation.
During the early decades, they cultivated and marketed seed corn and wine grapes.

In the 1990s, Andrés’s sons joined the business, shifting from traditional crops to fruit trees intended for export.

They begin to commercialize stone fruits, primarily plums and nectarines.

Between 2012 and 2022, key farms are acquired and planted: San Clemente (cherries), Las Vertientes (plums), and El Molino (cherries).
The first fruit processing center is constructed and operational in Rengo, O’Higgins Region, featuring cutting-edge technology; Unitec Cherry Vision, with strict safety measures. The first cherry export to China takes place.
Expansion of the Rengo plant; a new 28-lane cherry line, Unitec Cherry Vision 3.5, is acquired.
