Plum, Yogurt, and Granola Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh plums, pitted and chopped
  • 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (you can use unsweetened yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of milk (can be cow’s milk or a plant-based alternative like almond or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
  • Ice, to taste
  • 1/2 cup of granola (with nuts, dried fruit, or seeds)

 

Instructions:

  1. Place the plums, Greek yogurt, banana, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add ice to taste and blend again until the ice is well incorporated.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with granola.
  5. Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture of the granola with the creamy smoothie.
