Plum, Yogurt, and Granola Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 4 fresh plums, pitted and chopped
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt (you can use unsweetened yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup of milk (can be cow’s milk or a plant-based alternative like almond or oat milk)
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)
- Ice, to taste
- 1/2 cup of granola (with nuts, dried fruit, or seeds)
Instructions:
- Place the plums, Greek yogurt, banana, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice to taste and blend again until the ice is well incorporated.
- Pour the smoothie into glasses and top with granola.
- Serve immediately to enjoy the crunchy texture of the granola with the creamy smoothie.
