Fresh Mandarin Juice

Ingredients:
- 6-8 mandarins (approximately 2 cups of juice)
- 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- Ice (optional)
- Mandarin slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Juice the mandarins:
- Peel the mandarins and separate the segments.
- Place the segments in a manual or electric juicer. Juice to extract the liquid.
- Sweeten (optional):
- Taste the juice, and if you prefer it sweeter, add sugar or honey to taste. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
- Serve:
- Serve the juice in glasses with ice if desired.
- Garnish with mandarin slices if preferred.
- Storage:
- If you have leftover juice, you can store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
