Fresh Mandarin Juice

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 mandarins (approximately 2 cups of juice)
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Ice (optional)
  • Mandarin slices for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Juice the mandarins:
    • Peel the mandarins and separate the segments.
    • Place the segments in a manual or electric juicer. Juice to extract the liquid.
  2. Sweeten (optional):
    • Taste the juice, and if you prefer it sweeter, add sugar or honey to taste. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved.
  3. Serve:
    • Serve the juice in glasses with ice if desired.
    • Garnish with mandarin slices if preferred.
  4. Storage:
    • If you have leftover juice, you can store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
