Orange Chicken with Asparagus

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Orange slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine the orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Stir well.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the orange mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and golden brown. The chicken should reach an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
- Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender.
- Serve the chicken with the asparagus and garnish with orange slices.
