Peach and Burrata Salad
Peach and Burrata Salad

Ingredients:
- 4 peaches, pitted and sliced
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 4 cups of mixed greens (spinach, arugula, lettuce)
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts or almonds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and peach slices.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and honey until well combined.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
- Place the burrata cheese on top of the salad and sprinkle with the toasted walnuts or almonds.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
Peach and Mango Smoothie

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 peaches, pitted and chopped
- 1 mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk (can be cow’s milk or a plant-based alternative)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice to taste
Instructions:
- Place the peaches, mango, yogurt, milk, and honey in a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Add ice to taste and blend again until the ice is well incorporated.
- Serve immediately.
